With this updated model, Ibanez has also added an okoume neck along with a purpleheart fingerboard for improved playability all around. And when you are ready to plug in, an Ibanez T-Bar II undersaddle and AEQ-TTS preamp kick out beautifully articulate amplified tone. Finally, for players who like to traverse the neck, the AEG5012 features a smooth, deep cutaway for easy access to those higher notes.
