Evans Black Chrome Drum Heads are part of Evans’ continued tradition of innovative designs that allow for more expansive sounds from your drum set. These heads sound as deep and dark as they look, but not at the expense of being dull and lifeless. Designed to stand up to the heaviest hitters, these rugged 2-ply heads are constructed from a 7-mil slice of clear film over a matte black 7.5-mil layer. The result is incredibly warm and punchy sound with low fundamental pitch, without the need of dampening.
