The LTD Deluxe M-1001 is designed for pure, aggressive speed, with its flat-top alder body and satin-backed, extra-thin u-shaped three-piece maple neck. Built with bolt-on construction at 25.5” scale, the M-1001 offers a bound Macassar ebony fingerboard with offset mother-of-pearl dot inlays and 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets, and a bound matching-finish reverse headstock for great tension where you need it (on the lower strings). Components on the M-1001NT include gold hardware with a Floyd Rose 1000 double-locking tremolo, precise Grover tuners, and a direct-mount Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker active pickup, with a push-pull control to select voicings and a gold cover to match this guitar’s incredible aesthetics. Voice 1 is the ultimate high-output ceramic humbucker bridge pickup tone… crisp, searing crunch, tight bass with no mud, and a growl. Voice 2 delivers modern passive attack performance that has superbly organic distortion characteristics with outstanding dynamics and response.
