The Victoria is worthy of its royal title. The combination of the solid top spruce and resonant laminate acacia back and sides gives this instrument a lively, rich tone that will make you feel regal. With an armrest and unique round cutaway for extended fretboard access, advanced players will benefit from a comfortable and pleasurable playing experience. The Victoria is outfitted with an ebony fretboard and Japanese fluorocarbon strings, and is crowned with a stunning slotted headstock. On top of that, the Victoria includes a pickup so that you are ready to perform on stage. A heavenly combination
Sitka spruce and acacia
The Flight Victoria Tenor combines the highest-grade solid spruce top with laminate acacia back and sides. Spruce is the brightest of all tone woods, while acacia is known to be richer and warmer, so together they are a match made in heaven. The acacia mellows out the punchy brightness of the spruce top, giving the ukulele a round, rich tone.

African mahogany neck & ebony fingerboard
African Mahogany neck provides stability, warm tone and a smooth feeling while playing. Fingerboard is made out of ebony. Ebony is a dark and dense hardwood, sometimes considered the most valuable wood in the world, which is why it is associated with high-class, premium instruments, such as our Victoria.

Bone nut, bone compensated saddle
The Flight Victoria features a real bone nut and compensated saddle. Compensated saddles not only look cool, they also improve the playability by correctly adjusting the intonation of each string to help produce the best tone and performance possible.

A modern and slick scalloped cutaway makes it possible to reach as high as your soul desire, without influencing the tone as much as traditional cutaways do.

The ebony armrest was designed to provide a smooth surface for your playing arm to rest on, making this ukulele as comfy as a Victorian couch, but looking as modern as a Flight ukulele should be.

Tiny yet mighty
Double C1U active pickup
Through mid-2020, Victoria models featured a passive Artec pickup. Some vendors still have these models in stock.

In mid-2020 Flight moved to using Double C1U active pickups on the Victoria. The controls for the active pickup are mounted underneath the sound hole, meaning that a cavity does not have to be created on the side of the ukulele for the pickup. Most importantly, they sound great! Ukuleles with the new active pickups include an “A” (for “Active”) as a part of their model number.⁠
