Bedell Bahia Parlor — handcrafted in the USA with a premium Adirondack spruce top and rare, aged Brazilian rosewood back & sides for huge projection, rich overtones, and a vintage-inspired voice.
Over a half century ago, Brazilian rosewood logs were shipped from NE Brazil to a small company outside Madrid, Spain, where they rested in storage for decades. As the years passed, the wood naturally aged and cured in the ideal Spanish climate. Bedell acquired Madinter’s legally documented collection in 2013 and paired this exceptional Brazilian rosewood with Adirondack spruce for the Bahia series.
Note: This instrument has been updated for 2025.
