The Duvoisin Standard 5 is a Swiss-crafted 5-string electric bass guitar that merges traditional design with innovative features. 34″ scale length, 2 active split coil humbucking pickups, 3 volt active preamp powered by 2 AA batteries (do not try a use 9v). Duvoisin DSS mono-rail bridge with a patented “diffuser” system. Loop end strings are installed but the player retains the option to keep the ball ends on the strings, as the necessary screws are provided. Made in Switzerland, on consignment.
